What have you learnt about your eating habits? I have learnt that my fat and cholesterol intake is higher than the recommended level so I should make an effort to reduce it. However, I take regular meals and also maintains my calorie intake for a healthy diet and a healthy weight
Do you consider your diet a healthy one? Why? I think my diet is relatively healthy, because I eat a right amount of carbohydrates, proteins, fruits and vegetables, but I should cut down on junk food and fatty foods. But even if I eat junk food, I'll try to make it healthier by for example choosing pizzas with veggies and asking for more lettuce in my burger.
Are the suggested nutritional tools useful? How? Yes they were useful as they helped me realize exactly how much is the nutritional value (or lack thereof) of the food I eat. They It also helped me realize I should eat more healthily as I was quite shocked when I compared them to the recommended values
Why is your suggested one-dish meal healthy? It is healthy as it uses a healthy cooking method, boiling, and in addition to giving you the creaminess of for example, Carbonara, it has far less calories and fats. There are also multi-vitamin vegetables like broccoli and carrots, creating a dish that is low in fat but high in vitamins.
